Terms of service placeholder

Use this page as a structural placeholder until the real commercial offer exists.

The current starter is distributed without a final commercial license, refund promise, or support commitment. Product operators should define those conditions before any public release.

If commercial modules are enabled later, this page should evolve together with billing logic, entitlement behavior, support expectations, and jurisdictional review.
